Terms of Service
- Minimum guest size: 30 guests.
- Other fees, such as mileage and service fees, are included in the per-person price.
- Fees may or may not vary, depending on the geographical region serviced.
- Use of our charcoal grill and all BBQ equipment is included in the rate.
- The BBQ is served buffet-style, self-service.
- A power outlet is required for the equipment.
- My services do not include purchase or resale of alcohol. You may provide your own alcoholic beverages as long as I am not liable for any injury or accident caused by the consumption of alcohol.
- Big Chef Grill reserves the right to make reasonable changes and substitutions if necessary, but always notifying the client first.
- The customer agrees to be responsible for any damage caused by guests and other participants. Big Chef Grill is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal or business property.

- Our services typically last between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the number of guests and the type of service—whether grilled or rotisserie-style. This timeframe includes setup, preparation, cooking, presentation, and cleanup.
- On the day of the event, our team will arrive at the designated location 3 to 4 hours in advance, depending on the number of guests.
- We do not offer tastings prior to the event, as we currently do not operate a food court or barbecue restaurant where selected menu items can be sampled in advance.
- It is very important that you provide us with photos or videos of the event space and access points so we can identify any potential challenges ahead of time and come fully prepared. For example, please let us know about stairs (and the number of steps), narrow passages, or a long distance between the street and the event area. If needed and feasible, we may schedule an on-site visit a few days before the event to conduct a detailed assessment.
